If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place. **Dow** has an opportunity for an **Operator** located in **Bahia Blanca, Argentina**. **About You and This Role:** Operates assigned equipment or plant areas. Performs and reports on operational activities per a task list. Works with knowledge and experience to proactively operate the plant in a safe, reliable, and optimal manner. Uses discretionary time to enable sustainable performance outcomes for the facility. **Responsibilities:** * Makes adjustments to process equipment within normal operating parameters to achieve plant objectives. * Issues clear and concise work requests aligned with required value-add criteria. * Applies problem-solving skills, knowledge, and resources (guides/procedures, cause-and-effect methodologies, etc.) to resolve process-related deviations and problems. * Applies high-reliability organization principles: Identify trends and anticipate impacts, avoid generalizations, expect the unexpected, commit and apply experience and judgment to clarification. * Prepares equipment for handover to expert peers per EH\&S standards and plant operational discipline. * Communicates activities, opportunities, and identified issues effectively to facilitate communication policies and tools. **Requirements:** * Industrial technical degree or industry experience. * Completed secondary education. * Fluent Spanish. **IMPORTANT:** * Do not forget to attach your resume. **Benefits – What Dow Offers You** We invest in you.
