Bahía Blanca Supply Management Department 21.08.2025 One vacancy**Job Responsibilities:** * Build and update short and/or long-term demand forecasts by product family, using Forecast Pro tool, through proprietary database systems, feeding and adjusting models according to results. * Apply statistical and business criteria to validate generated forecasts. * Analyze historical sales series, identifying trends, seasonality, breaks and atypical behaviors. * Analyze forecasts based on commercial events, new product launches, marketing actions, etc. * Detect behavioral patterns to improve forecast granularity. * Monitor deviations between forecast and actual sales, evaluating causes and proposing corrective actions * Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy (forecast accuracy), wmape, bias, etc. * Coordinate with the Supply Area to ensure comprehensive supply chain planning. * Perform simulations and alternative scenarios in response to changes in external variables (inflation, weather, logistical constraints, etc.) * Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in planning processes, seeking automations or better ways to integrate business variables into Forecast Pro. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Professionals or students close to graduation in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration / Logistics, or related logistics fields. Degree in Industrial Organization. Degree in Economics. * Ideal complementary training: Logistics and distribution, Supply Chain (supply chain), Data analysis \- Indicator management. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Analytical skills. * Preferably have experience in retail or mass consumer goods companies in similar positions.
