Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the efficient and safe operation of a Distribution Center, managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and leading teams. Position Mission: Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the Distribution Center to supply the company’s commercial branches, guaranteeing inventory management, optimization of logistics processes, and compliance with service and cost standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch operations. Ensure timely deliveries to branches. Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic audits. Coordinate Distribution Center activities with Procurement, Sales, and Transportation departments. Lead work teams and ensure their training and development. Implement continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards. KPI Management Requirements: Graduates from tertiary or university programs related to the position. Proven experience in leading large work teams (mandatory). Prior experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TMS, and WMS. Required Skills: Communication and negotiation; leadership and decision-making; results orientation; planning and organization; ability to support team members’ professional development.
