Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and adaptable professionals to provide comprehensive project monitoring and administrative control on construction sites, reporting to the Inspection Manager. Profiles with proactivity and ease in teamwork We seek professionals to perform comprehensive monitoring, technical tasks, and administrative control on specific construction fronts, reporting to and working under the direction of the Inspection Manager. Mandatory Requirements: Qualification: Civil Engineering professional. Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years of experience in inspection or execution of large-scale construction projects in port, industrial, or road infrastructure sectors. Residence: In Bahía Blanca. Availability: Fully on-site mode, fulfilling 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday (between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.), with availability for occasional weekend or holiday requirements. Desired Competencies and Knowledge: Solid knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. Training courses in on-site quality control, occupational safety and hygiene, and applicable regulations will be valued.
