Job Summary: A major cargo transportation company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for electrical and electromechanical maintenance of facilities, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring the sector’s operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of facilities and various equipment 2. Use of measuring instruments and knowledge of machining and welding 3. Support in building maintenance and general repairs Required by a major cargo transportation company What will be your mission? Perform electrical and electromechanical maintenance tasks on facilities, workshops, and auxiliary equipment, ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure, machinery, and systems within the sector. Main Responsibilities: Maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic installations and equipment. Maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, and networks. Repair of work equipment: compressors, generators, pumps, electric tools. Maintenance of freight elevators, forklifts, and vehicles. Basic machining, welding, oxy-cutting, and light mechanical tasks. Interpretation and drafting of part drawings for reproduction/reconstruction. Use and interpretation of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, voltmeters, clamp meters). Support in general building maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, repairs). Requirements: Education: Completed secondary education. Technical qualification: Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Technician. Experience: Prior experience in similar positions preferred. Driver’s license: Mandatory. Desirable knowledge: Maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment. Operation of hand and power tools. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and light mechanics. Welding, machining, and oxy-cutting equipment. Interpretation of technical drawings and schematics. Operation of manual or semi-automatic lathes. Workplace: Ing.
