Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Capital Manager for the automotive sector, who will serve as a strategic partner and lead end-to-end HR management. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a strategic partner in people management and decision-making. 2. Design and implement the annual Human Capital Plan aligned with business objectives. 3. Lead and develop the Human Capital team, strengthening the function. Consultores de Empresas is currently searching for a Human Capital Manager for a leading automotive company located in Bahía Blanca – Buenos Aires. Main Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to Directors, middle management, and operational leaders, supporting people management and providing guidance on talent- and organization-related decisions. Design, coordinate, and implement the annual Human Capital Plan, aligning departmental initiatives with business goals and needs. Oversee core Human Resources processes—including recruitment, onboarding, development, compensation, organizational climate, and internal communication—promoting consistent management criteria and continuous improvement. Lead and develop the Human Capital team by setting priorities, monitoring performance, and reinforcing the function’s positioning within the organization. What Are We Looking For? Professionals holding a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience in generalist Human Capital roles or as an HR Business Partner, with a strategic focus and holistic understanding of business operations. Proven track record supporting leaders and commercial teams in people management and development. Experience working in dynamic organizations with geographically distributed teams.
