Main Responsibilities Analyze user behavior and the performance of our digital platforms. Design and maintain performance dashboards and reports. Implement and validate measurements in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Translate business needs into clear, actionable metrics aligned with objectives. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure proper data instrumentation. Requirements Profile Requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain insights. Ability to translate business needs into KPIs. **Holistic vision:** interpreting metrics without losing sight of the underlying measurements. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets). Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager. Experience implementing Google Analytics for e-commerce (initial setup, event creation, custom dimensions, filters, enhanced e-commerce). Prior experience valued. Previous work in reporting, analytics, or Business Intelligence areas. Experience with KPIs, digital marketing metrics, and e-commerce metrics. Use of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Supermetrics, VWO, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). Technical / Development Profile Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
