Utilize strong Excel and data management skills We are seeking a **Customer Data \& Billing Analyst** to support the accuracy and efficiency of customer account management and billing processes. This role involves creating and maintaining customer records, preparing and validating billing requests, managing invoice updates, and addressing customer queries. The successful candidate will work closely with CAMs, CSTs, and Finance associates to ensure seamless operations across multiple systems. **Daily Responsibilities** * Create new customer accounts and amend existing customer details. * Prepare debit memo request files for the billing team, review for accuracy, and send finalized versions. * Record processed invoices in SQL tables on a weekly basis. * Address customer queries received via the accounts inbox or from CSTs. * Complete vendor setup forms for new customers. * Support Ecosure manual billing requests from CSTs and other stakeholders. * Update customer master data, billing addresses, contacts, and invoice details. * Re\-create invoices in different currencies or when tax numbers change. * Send updated invoices via Chargebee and update Chargebee records for payments received. * Close completed tickets on SharePoint. **Requirements** * Strong Excel skills (formulas, vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables, troubleshooting). * High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken. * Ability to communicate effectively with CAMs, CSTs, and Finance associates. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools (Salesforce, Chargebee, SQL, SharePoint). * Structured and methodical approach to tasks. **Preferred Competencies** * Experience in customer data management and billing processes. * Problem\-solving mindset and proactive communication. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
