Sika has local presence in 100 countries and produces in more than 400 factories. **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance and Production Supervisor for our new plant **in Puerto Tirol, Chaco.** This role combines maintenance and production responsibilities, with a primary focus on maintenance due to the smaller scale of operations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the plant. * Ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery. * Plan and execute maintenance programs to minimize downtime. * Manage the production team to ensure achievement of production targets. * Implement improvements in production and maintenance processes. * Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements** * Previous experience in maintenance and/or production supervision roles. * Technical education: Completed. * Ongoing university studies in Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, etc. (Desirable) * Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance. * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively solve problems. * Availability to work in Puerto Tirol, Chaco. **Additional Information** We Build Trust every day, which is why our commitment is to equal opportunity, where the selection process focuses on individuals and their capabilities, merits, and achievements.
