About the Role We are seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT industry, ensuring candidate profile quality, search efficiency, and a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Responsibilities Identify required profiles with the team and conduct active sourcing (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database). Screen CVs and contact candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluating experience, skills, and English proficiency. Prepare candidate reports and keep the ATS updated. Coordinate interviews with clients and track the recruitment process. Support candidates through to offer acceptance, providing continuous feedback. Propose process improvements and collaborate on employer branding initiatives. Requirements 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (consulting firms / staff augmentation preferred). Proficiency with LinkedIn and active sourcing (Boolean search). Ability to evaluate technical profiles. Strong communication skills.
