Job Mission: Develop and evaluate plans and criteria for implementing defined operational standards. Analyze the feasibility and robustness of proposed engineering tests for products or equipment to ensure quality service delivery within expected standards, skill level in the process area, and across all specialties: cost, quality, safety, reliability, and maintenance. Main Responsibilities: Analyze, identify, and propose process improvement opportunities under your responsibility, focusing on optimizing costs, efficiencies, and innovations. Lead end-to-end management of ongoing innovation or improvement projects. Implement and ensure compliance with methodology for controlling production processes, testing processes, reporting, and measurements. Integrate into the Focused Improvement Pillar. Support the Line/Machine Manager within your area of expertise. Train operators on defined corporate systems to achieve objective fulfillment. Actively participate in daily line meetings. Participate in and oversee input testing and manage quality non-conformities related to process reliability. Support the commissioning of new equipment or processes. · Candidates with two years’ experience in similar positions will be preferred. · Requirements: Graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate Office software skills. SAP or CMMS proficiency. (Not mandatory) Knowledge of methodologies such as MP/TPM/WCM will be valued. We seek profiles oriented toward internal customers, with responsibility, negotiation ability, proactivity, strong organizational skills, shop-floor orientation, analytical vision, and problem-solving capability. · Work location: Zárate, Buenos Aires.
