




**Example of your typical day** Your day will begin by participating in the daily maintenance meeting, supporting the Maintenance Engineer in coordinating preventive and corrective tasks across all areas according to the day's priorities. You will track completed tasks and report updates to the Maintenance Engineer. Your work will focus on continuous improvement, KPI management, adherence to the zero-harm policy, and ensuring the availability and integrity of our clients' assets. **How you'll stand out** * Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer in planning resources and time for scheduled maintenance outages. * Develop programs for planned shutdowns, updating them as tasks are executed. * Work with the Maintenance Engineer to analyze resource availability to avoid impacting the maintenance schedule. * Monitor the preventive maintenance plan to identify improvements and implement them. * Support the Maintenance Engineer in preparing specific tools, materials, and documentation required by maintenance technicians for each job. **What you bring** * Bachelor’s degree (or advanced student) in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field. * At least 3 years of verifiable experience in maintenance and plant outage scheduling within Thermal Power Plants or high-complexity industries. * Proven knowledge of Windows, Office, Maintenance Management Software, MS Project or similar tools. * Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly. * Results-oriented attitude, problem-solving under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork. * Proficient written and oral communication skills in English. **About the team** You will become part of an international, highly qualified, and challenging work environment.
