




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the Electrical Maintenance team, planning, coordinating, and ensuring task execution in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Failure Analysis and Continuous Improvement Foresto — an industrial company located in Misiones — is selecting a Senior Engineering professional to join its Electrical Maintenance team. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. * Organize and track Work Orders (WOs), ensuring timely and proper completion. * Provide technical support to the team during task execution. * Analyze failures, deviations, and unplanned stoppages using the Systematic Problem Treatment (SPT) methodology. * Monitor accurate entry of tasks, labor hours, and materials into the management system. * Define and manage spare parts inventory required for equipment and facility maintenance. * Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and promote professional development. Requirements: * Graduate in Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
