Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Main Responsibilities** * Handle, diagnose, and resolve incidents. * Analyze root causes and propose definitive solutions for recurring issues. * Manage technical requests related to hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and corporate applications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Monitor the operation of technological platforms and services. * Document procedures, solutions, and knowledge bases. * Coordinate with infrastructure, development, vendor, and other technical teams as needed. * Participate in implementations, upgrades, and technological projects. * Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field (completed or in progress). * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles. * Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Experience in basic network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Proficiency with ticketing and remote support tools. * Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user management. * Ability to perform analysis and resolution of complex technical problems. * Availability for on-call duty or after-hours support (if applicable). **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or others). * Knowledge of virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity. * Experience in corporate environments with multiple sites or clients. **Competencies** * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Organization and prioritization skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. **Requirements and Qualifications** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
