




Position Summary: Responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the cybersecurity strategy, leading incident management, ensuring compliance, and coordinating the team within an agro-industrial company. Promote security awareness and best practices Define, implement, and maintain the company's cybersecurity strategy. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. Lead security incident management and coordinate response to critical events. Ensure compliance with information security policies, regulations, and standards. Coordinate and lead the cybersecurity team and external vendors. Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization. Manage departmental budget and define objectives and action plans Leading company in the agro-industrial sector Requirements Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields. **Knowledge in:** Information security and risk management. Networks, operating systems, and application security. Incident and vulnerability management. Security tools (SIEM, among others). Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Cybersecurity certifications will be valued.
