Anomaly reporting and incident logging Important: A company in the construction and building maintenance sector is looking for a SERENO to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for control, supervision, and irregularity detection at construction sites located in the CABA area. Responsibilities Preservation, supervision, and inspection rounds of site facilities and materials. Detection, prevention, and reporting of irregularities or anomalies on the premises. Logging of incidents during the shift. Requirements Prior experience: Preferred in security, serenazgo, or site/patrol surveillance roles. Proactive, responsible profile with strong observational skills and commitment. Full-time availability to comply with shift schedules. Age 25–45 years (preferred). Salary per UOCRA collective agreement. Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 24-hour shifts.
