We operate from 7 offices across Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza, and Rosario, serving local clients; through our Acceleration Center, we export expertise to the global PwC network—primarily to the United States and Europe. As an AI Engineer on the team, you will: * Design and refine prompts and contexts for language models and embeddings. * Implement vectorization pipelines and knowledge graphs. * Integrate AI models with COBOL artifacts and metadata. * Deploy REST APIs and orchestrators for semantic queries. * Coordinate with solution architects and static analysis specialists to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations. * Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, communicating results and proposing improvements. Requirements and Technical Knowledge: * Experience building conversational flows and modular agents using LLMs (e.g., LangGraph). * Advanced knowledge of transformer-based architectures and frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face. * Proficiency in Python and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow). * Experience with vector stores (e.g., Neo4j) and microservice-oriented architectures. * Prompt engineering, FastAPI/REST APIs. * Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * Communication skills and autonomy. * Motivation to learn emerging technologies. Education and Experience: * Senior profile with over 5 years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 5 years working with generative models or LLMs. * Advanced English proficiency.
