We are strengthening our team and looking for a **Senior Python Developer** to join the IT Patagonia community. \#Bepatagonian We seek a Python Developer with genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence—particularly in developing and experimenting with agents—to join a team focused on exploring, testing, and prototyping novel AI-based solutions. This role is ideal for a curious, proactive, and research-minded individual who enjoys learning, trying new tools, and turning ideas into functional prototypes. Responsibilities * Develop and prototype Python-based solutions targeting AI use cases. * Participate in the design and construction of intelligent agents (single\-agent or multi\-agent). * Research, evaluate, and experiment with new libraries, frameworks, and approaches related to generative AI and agents. * Build PoCs (proofs of concept) and functional prototypes to validate ideas. * Rapidly iterate over experimental solutions, learning from both failures and results. * Document insights, technical decisions, and relevant findings. * Collaborate closely with other technical and functional roles. Technical Requirements * Prior experience developing in Python. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of AI or ML (expertise not required). * Prior experience or exposure to agent development (e.g., conversational agents, autonomous agents, LLM-powered pipelines, etc.). * Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and consuming external services. * Ability to independently read technical documentation and research solutions. * Experience with agent frameworks or tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar). * Basic knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. * Prior experience with PoCs or exploratory projects. * Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or production environments. * Interest in observability, metrics, or evaluation of models/agents. **Work Location: In-person once every 15 days (CABA)** We are **\#empresaB**, committed to an economic system that benefits the planet and all people.
