Responsibilities: * Provide functional and technical support for corporate applications. * Analyze incidents, perform troubleshooting, and escalate cases to the development team when required. * Review logs to identify error origins. * Manage the full ticket lifecycle (creation, tracking, and closure). * Collaborate on updating the knowledge base. * Provide support and assistance to end users. Requirements: * Prior experience in application support. * Proficiency in MS Office, MS Windows, and Windows Server. * Basic knowledge of SQL Server (queries and statements). * Basic/intermediate knowledge of .NET Framework. * Basic knowledge of Java, C\#, JavaScript, or other programming languages. * Experience with ticket management tools. * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, planning, and organizational capabilities. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Intermediate English (preferred).
