Job stability and an excellent work environment A company specializing in supplying components for ventilation systems and duct installation, located in the Boedo neighborhood (CABA), is currently seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join its team. Position Objective: Ensure strategic and continuous supply of products, optimize procurement costs, and maintain strict control over incoming inventory, guaranteeing transparency and full control in every transaction. Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and issue purchase orders timely and accurately based on supplier lead times to prevent stockouts. - Quality control upon receipt: coordinate with the warehouse department in a timely manner to validate incoming goods against the issued purchase order (quantities, technical specifications, and material condition) using a checklist. - Inventory updates and audits: maintain real-time inventory system updates by cross-referencing physical stock data with system records and immediately reporting discrepancies. - Document management and tracking: issuance, filing, and follow-up of purchase orders. - Supplier development and evaluation. - KPIs: maintain updated reports on departmental performance indicators. Requirements to Apply: - Education and Experience: Professionals or advanced students in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience of 2–4 years in similar roles. - Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory): ability to create complex pivot tables, use advanced functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IFS), basic macros, and cross large-scale databases for stock turnover analysis and inventory valuation. - Management Systems: proficient use of billing software, procurement modules, and ERP systems. Familiarity with Project Management software. - Inventory Control: solid knowledge of stock control methodologies (minimum/maximum levels, reorder point, FIFO). - Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., prompts for data analysis and rapid reporting).
