




Job Summary: Maintenance of clients' IT equipment park, monitoring of network services, equipment installation, user support, and Windows infrastructure administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical maintenance of the IT equipment park and monitoring of network services. 2. First-level user support and incident management. 3. Windows infrastructure administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. CLIENT-RELATED COMPETENCIES • Maintain the assigned clients' IT equipment park in good technical condition. • Monitor installed network services. • Ensure proper execution of the backup policy and report incidents. • Install new equipment with software provided by the client. • Provide first-level user support for equipment-related issues, resolving, prioritizing, and documenting incidents. • Onboard new users. • Maintain fluent and proactive communication with staff. • Coordinate with technology vendors.
