We are currently looking for our next Senior Talent Attraction Analyst, who will be responsible for developing and coordinating recruitment and selection processes at Alsea’s Support Center, providing methodological guidance to each internal client, thereby contributing to talent attraction and the implementation of the employer branding strategy, while ensuring compliance with KPIs, quality standards, and the hiring manager and candidate experience. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor recruitment and selection processes at Alsea’s Support Center, including job profile definition, interviews, and management of selection platforms. * Coordinate talent attraction initiatives conducted with external companies at Alsea’s Support Center, monitoring the entire process and participating in interviews. * Develop performance management processes for the area, building and tracking KPIs, and designing recruitment and selection reports at Alsea’s Support Center. * Develop competency-based selection processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and expanding talent sourcing channels by establishing strategic alliances with universities, job boards, web portals, among others. * Administer systems used by the Talent Attraction area at Alsea’s Support Center.
