Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior QA Automation professional to design, execute, and automate QA strategies for conversational agents and AI systems, while leading a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement QA Automation strategies for AI. 2. Lead and support the QA team by promoting best practices. 3. Coordinate reviews with development and product teams. Responsibilities Design and execute QA Automation strategies for conversational agents and AI systems. Develop end-to-end test plans for multi-turn scenarios, generative responses, and edge cases. Automate tests on chat and voice interfaces, APIs, and integrations with backend systems and AI models. Validate the quality of the AI pipeline: data, inferences, context, fallback, and performance. Coordinate reviews with development and product teams, prioritizing critical findings. Monitor post-deployment metrics to detect model drift and recurring errors. Lead and support the QA team by promoting best testing practices. Generate analytical reports with KPIs for performance and conversational quality metrics. Mandatory Requirements +5 years of experience in technical QA. Solid experience in QA Automation. Experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, or Postman. Experience conducting API and backend integration testing. Experience automating tests within CI/CD pipelines. Desirable Requirements Experience in AI, NLP, or conversational agent projects. Knowledge of LLM testing or prompt engineering. Experience with MongoDB, Redis, or SQL. Experience in cloud or DevOps environments (AWS). Knowledge of MLOps or AI model validation.
