In this opportunity, the IT and Projects team is seeking a Process Analyst to participate in challenging and high-impact projects. Responsibilities Analyze, assess, and document current processes, identifying improvement opportunities. Design and model future processes (TO-BE) using BPMN-standard modeling tools. Lead continuous improvement initiatives applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management. Define performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, cycle times, costs, and quality. Identify bottlenecks, rework, and operational deviations, proposing concrete solutions. Coordinate with various departments to implement and deploy new processes or improvements. Participate in organizational transformation and operational optimization projects. Prepare technical documentation and procedural manuals. Train internal teams on newly implemented workflows and methodologies. Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. Requirements Final-year student or graduate in Administration or Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles involving process design and deployment. Training in Six Sigma, Lean, Total Quality, and Process Management methodologies. Proven experience with BPMN process modeling tools (BPMN certification is a plus).
