Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer to coordinate disciplines, review designs, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage complex engineering projects at Worley. We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate with other disciplines to request/provide input data, communicate design changes, etc. Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to develop technical/functional solutions aligned with project strategic objectives. * Review designs, calculations, and documentation prepared by other discipline members or third parties to ensure compliance with: international codes and standards, specific project requirements, internal quality standards, etc. * Ensure designs comply with international codes and standards (AEA, IRAM, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, etc.) and client specifications. * Respond to inquiries from other disciplines and our clients. * Ability to work on out-of-sequence (fast-track) projects. * Coordinate project plans, contractual arrangements, schedules, activities, and milestones in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Strong execution mindset aligned with EPCM delivery. Thorough understanding of all interfaces involved in design. * Experience in hydrometallurgical, mining (Copper, Lithium), Oil \& Gas, general industry, medium- and low-voltage transmission and distribution (high-voltage desirable), and general electrical installations for Conceptual, Basic, and Detailed Engineering development. **What You’ll Bring** You will have over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering project development. Field engineering experience is highly desirable. **Requirements:** * Education: Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer * Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced communicative English (excellent) * Required Skills: Self-motivated and proactive profile, with strong interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with internal multidisciplinary teams and clients; ability to work under pressure.
