




We're looking for a full\-time video editor to join our team and create high\-volume ad content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll work directly with our media buyer to produce UGC\-style video ads and motion graphics with multiple hooks, angles, and variations. This is a fast\-paced role. We need someone who can take direction, iterate quickly, and push out quality content at scale. What You'll Do * Edit 15–25\+ short\-form ad variations per week * Make motion graphic videos * Create multiple hooks and angles from raw UGC footage * Add captions, text overlays, music, and sound effects * Quickly turn around revisions based on performance feedback * Maintain organized files and naming conventions Requirements * 2\+ years of video editing experience * Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects * Strong understanding of short\-form social content (TikTok, Reels, FB/IG ads) * Able to work US business hours (full\-time, 40 hrs/week) * Reliable internet and your own equipment * Strong English communication (written and verbal) Nice to Have * Experience editing direct\-response or e\-commerce ads * Familiarity with UGC ad formats and hooks * Basic motion graphics skills **To Apply** Send us: * Your portfolio or 3–5 examples of short\-form ads you've edited * A brief intro about your experience * Your availability to start We'll do a short paid trial project before making a full\-time offer.
