At Brightside, we are assisting one of our clients in onboarding an **SAP Consultant specialized in HCM or SuccessFactors**. We are looking for a profile with solid functional experience in **SAP HCM (ECC)** or **SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF)**, strong analytical skills, and results orientation. ### **Responsibilities** * Gathering and analyzing functional requirements from the HR department. * Support, maintenance, and configuration in HCM ECC or SSFF (depending on specialization). * Interaction with technical and business teams. * Participation in improvements, upgrades, and new developments. * Functional documentation and incident tracking. ### **Requirements** * Previous experience in **SAP HCM (ECC)** **or** **SAP SuccessFactors**. * Functional knowledge of HR processes. * Residence in **CABA or GBA**. * Full\-time availability. ### **Desirable** * Experience in Employee Central, Time/Payroll Management, or Recruiting. * Involvement in implementation or migration projects. * Intermediate English proficiency. ### **Work Mode** * **Contractor or Full-time Employment** (according to candidate preference). * Hybrid setup.
