This role strengthens commercial relationships by delivering technical solutions, monitoring product performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. As a Technical Representative, you will be responsible for: * Building strong customer relationships by delivering technical and operational support in the field. * Managing daily operational activities in coordination with customer personnel and internal teams. * Conducting laboratory tests and analyses related to oil, water, and production chemicals. * Preparing technical reports and communicating performance results to customers and stakeholders. * Monitoring product performance and recommending improvements to existing chemical programs. * Providing technical recommendations on product applications and operational parameters. * Analyzing and reporting field and laboratory test results. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of operations, needs, and resources for assigned accounts. * Managing resources associated with accounts under your responsibility. * Collaborating with customers and internal teams to identify value-generating opportunities and improve operational performance. * Complying with HSE policies, legal requirements, and Baker Hughes’ core values. To succeed in this role, you must: * Hold a degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Technician, Petroleum Technician, or another related technical discipline. * Have experience in laboratory testing, oil and water analysis, and production chemical applications. * Have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the Oil & Gas industry or related industries. * Have experience delivering technical support and working directly with customers. * Be capable of managing daily operational activities in field environments. * Possess intermediate or advanced English proficiency (preferred). * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Be proactive, team-oriented, and customer-service focused. * Be able to coordinate activities and provide instructions to operational staff when required. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that every person is different and that the best way to work varies from individual to individual. This position is primarily field-based and supports operations located in Neuquén and Rincón de los Sauces, with Centenario, Neuquén as the operational base. The company will provide a pickup truck for strictly work-related use.
