Our plant located in Albardón, La Laja, is seeking a Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineer or Technician who wishes to join our team. Technical Requirements: Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineer or Technician, or related engineering degree Specific Requirements: * **Leadership of work teams.** * Industrial mechanics and electricity. * Proficiency in design software (AUTOCAD). (Preferred) * Ability to interpret drawings and diagrams: Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, etc. * Knowledge of control plan development. * Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools. * Problem-solving methods and analysis. * Software proficiency (AX Dynamics preferred). * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Shift System: Morning/Afternoon Most Important Function: * Supervise and ensure maintenance quality to guarantee equipment availability and process reliability, while adhering to budget constraints and safety standards, and ensuring environmental protection.
