The **purpose of the role is** to support the branch's commercial management by advising customers and actively contributing to achieving commercial goals and customer satisfaction. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position. **Professional Experience** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles (commercial role) (Mandatory) * Minimum of 1 year of experience selling intangible products (Desirable) **Education** * Completed or advanced tertiary/university studies (Mandatory) **Languages** * Minimum English level required: Basic (Elementary or A\-1\) (Desirable) **Technical Skills** (Hard skills) * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel) (Desirable) * Experience using customer database and management tools (CRM, Salesforce, etc.) (Desirable) **Interpersonal Skills** (Soft skills) * Proactivity and autonomy (Mandatory) * Results orientation through problem-solving and management capabilities (Mandatory) * Empathy and closeness with customers (Mandatory) * Relationship-building and teamwork skills (Mandatory) * Flexibility to adapt to different business environments and scenarios (Mandatory) **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** Your contribution matters, and we recognize it.
