Administrative Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Administrative professional to support the sales team by collaborating in the management of operational and administrative tasks. We are looking for proactive, solution-oriented, and organized profiles capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring the proper workflow within the Pinamar Branch. Location: Pinamar. Work Mode: On-site – Full Time. Days and Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. And one Saturday per month. Main Responsibilities: Management and control of sales-generated documentation at the Branch: Receive and verify documentation provided by Security Specialists. Send contract documentation to the billing department. Manage incidents arising from contracts. Archive contracts by registration number and installation date. Control and management of branch materials and supplies: Record all material movements in the designated computer system (orders, receipts, returns, transfers, and counts). Receive and place materials arriving from the logistics operator. Process returns of defective or excess stock, following specific procedures depending on the department involved. Conduct inventory checks of existing warehouse materials and reconcile branch stock. Provide necessary materials to installers, ensuring compliance with all company-defined logistical standards. Support to the Commercial Department and Central Services: Manage and resolve all incidents (receiving promotions from headquarters, distribution and management of installations, incident tracking, billing, document archiving, etc. ). Monitor and manage fixed assets, reporting invoices to the Accounting Department before closing. Monitor and submit HR-related documentation (contracts, employee work documents). Control and management of company resources at the Branch: Request, monitor, and distribute resources sent to the branch in coordination with the Human Resources Department (phones, fuel and meal cards), the Marketing Department (business cards, etc.), and the Logistics Department (workwear, hardware, etc. ). You'll start by helping customers, which means you'll understand every feature, every edge case, and every integration.
