We are currently seeking a Specialist Sales Representative for our Industrial Automation business unit, focused on serving the Distribution Channel and developing programs centered on industrial automation. Key responsibilities include: * Executing sales initiatives with assigned customers to maximize business. * Understanding customer values, needs, and environment to propose optimal Schneider Electric solutions. * Assessing customer potential and strategic objectives to allocate resources, validate opportunities, and develop action plans. * Developing and managing strategic accounts, including pricing in a competitive environment. **Key Objectives:** * Promote EcoStruxure, Aveva, and Digital Services solutions within the distributor channel. * Promote Industrial Easy Offer within the distributor channel. * Track sales and invoicing for the entire Industrial Automation portfolio within the distribution channel. * Evolve and develop strategic offers. (External) English Qualifications: We seek: Electrical or Electronics Engineers. Knowledge of control systems, automation, industrial software platforms, variable speed drives, and servo motors (mandatory). Proven experience in channel sales is essential. Residence in CABA and personal mobility are preferred.
