Operations Manager – Installation and Construction **Company:** Tole S.A. de Publicidad **Location:** Hurlingham, Buenos Aires **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time Job Description Tole S.A. de Publicidad is seeking an **Operations Manager** to coordinate the operational execution of our signage, wayfinding, corporate branding elements, and special project installation, maintenance, and assembly work. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with experience managing on-site work teams, capable of overseeing the company’s daily operational resources: installation crews, occupational health and safety, documentation, tools, vehicles, lifting equipment, and work scheduling. The position plays a key role in coordinating between Projects, Production, and Installation departments, ensuring each job is completed on time, to specification, and under safe conditions. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and assign installation crews based on priorities, geographic zones, technical complexity, and resource availability. * Collaborate with Project Managers to organize the weekly construction schedule. * Coordinate with Production regarding material availability, finished components, and dispatches. * Supervise proper allocation of tools, vehicles, platforms, hydraulic cranes, and lifting equipment. * Coordinate site documentation jointly with the Occupational Health and Safety department. * Ensure crews have required personal protective equipment and prerequisites before departing for site. * Conduct daily follow-up on ongoing jobs, progress, deviations, and operational needs. * Resolve daily logistical issues related to permits, access, resources, and crew coordination. * Report progress, pending items, and deviations to management. * Contribute to improving the company’s operational predictability, efficiency, and order. Candidate Profile We seek a candidate with proven experience in construction coordination, installation, maintenance, operational logistics, or technical team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess: * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Experience coordinating crews or work teams. * Knowledge of construction, installation, or maintenance tasks. * Practical judgment to resolve operational problems. * Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple concurrent projects. * Strong communication skills with internal teams, technicians, suppliers, and project managers. * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety on construction sites. * **Operational authority, presence, and leadership capability.** Preferred Education Technical education or academic background in the following fields will be especially valued: * Architecture. * Industrial Engineering. * Logistics, operations, or project management. Candidates with extensive hands-on experience in construction, industrial installation, signage, metallurgy, building maintenance, installations, or technical service coordination will also be considered. Desirable Requirements * Experience working at height and operating lifting equipment. * Familiarity with construction documentation, ART (Workers’ Risk Insurance), permits, and site entry requirements. * Basic proficiency with computer tools for scheduling, reporting, and tracking. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to coordinate work across different regions.
