Position Summary: We are seeking an Internal Audit and Risk Analyst to conduct audits, assess controls, identify risks, and formulate recommendations to enhance the control environment and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct operational, financial, and support process audits. 2. Assess the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls. 3. Identify risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. **We are looking for an Internal Audit and Risk Analyst to join our team!** **Imagine a role where you will:** * Conduct operational, financial, and support process audits in accordance with the Annual Internal Audit Plan. * Assess the design and operational effectiveness of manual and automated internal controls. * Participate in SOX compliance audits (documentation, testing, and validation of controls). * Identify risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. * Understand and document key business processes (e.g., revenue, procurement, treasury, financial reporting, among others). * Formulate practical recommendations aimed at improving the control environment and operational efficiency. * Interact directly with audited areas, conducting interviews, walkthroughs, and control validations. **This challenge is ideal for candidates who:** * Hold a degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. * Have 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, with a focus on executing operational and financial process audits, as well as evaluating and documenting internal controls. * Possess knowledge of SOX requirements and advanced Excel skills, plus experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, ACL, or similar) (preferred). * Demonstrate interest in and openness to adopting emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—in auditing. * Exhibit strong analytical thinking and solid understanding of business processes, with sound judgment in identifying risks and controls. Proactivity, autonomy, continuous learning ability, and strong communication and business interaction skills are essential.
