As an RTE, you will be the driving force behind our Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating key events, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment across teams, leaders, and strategic objectives. Role Responsibilities: * Lead Program Increment (PI) events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect \& Adapt. * Coordinate team synchronization and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments. * Act as a reference and coach for Scrum Masters and agile leaders. * Communicate progress and performance metrics to key stakeholders. * Optimize the value flow from ideation to release. Requirements: * +5 years of experience in software development. * Advanced English (mandatory) * 2\-3 years as RTE, VSE, or Scrum Master in SAFe or scaled Agile environments. * Experience leading PI Planning in large ARTs. * In-depth knowledge of SAFe and tools such as Jira Align, Rally, etc. * Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and communication skills.
