**Maintenance Supervisor** Northern Zone (AMBA) \| Industry: Construction \| On-site **Are you passionate about coordinating teams and ensuring optimal facility performance? This opportunity might be for you.** **We are seeking electromechanical technicians with extensive operational experience in the maintenance of pumping stations, sewage treatment plants, and water and sanitation networks in both public and private environments (AySa, private neighborhoods, or shopping centers).** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in private neighborhoods and/or shopping centers. * Coordinate and supervise technical teams (in-house or contractors). * Plan maintenance schedules and ensure their compliance. * Monitor materials, tools, and adherence to safety regulations. * Prepare reports and periodic updates on the condition of facilities. **Requirements:** * **Electromechanical Technician degree (not mandatory).** * Proven experience in comprehensive building maintenance. * Strong knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works. * Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Own transportation (preferred). **Working Conditions:** * Full-time: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. * Job stability and positive work environment. * Immediate incorporation. * Ongoing growth projects. **Apply by sending your CV to:** **cvliderazgopositivo@gmail.com** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1.000,00 \- $10.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
