We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, generating new challenges and developing business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To design, audit, and validate FTTH networks (high-level and low-level), make technical decisions regarding design, ensure quality standards, and comply with TMRs defined by management. **Your main challenges will be:** * **Design FTTH networks (HLD/LLD)** ensuring technical and construction feasibility. * Audit your own designs and those of contractors, identify deviations, and propose improvements, **applying FTTH network technical criteria**. * **Generate and validate FTTH-specific technical documentation** (design drawings, bill of materials, fiber optic assignments, internal plant assignments). * **Manage multiple projects in parallel**, meeting established TMRs. * **Act as the technical reference point** for internal departments. **What we need from you:** * Completed or advanced studies in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * FTTH HLD / LLD design experience * Knowledge of fiber optic assignment * Proficiency in Excel, Sytex, Jira * AutoCAD MAP experience and knowledge will be valued. * Simplicity in your thinking and execution. * Service-oriented mindset. **This position is based in** *CABA*
