We are currently undergoing expansion and, therefore, expanding our Personnel Selection Department. · As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for candidates for offices and plants. We seek someone with solid knowledge of selection techniques, as well as exceptional communication and candidate profiling analysis skills. Your objective will be to identify and attract suitable talent aligned with our organization’s culture and goals. · Responsibilities Recruiting and selecting all types of profiles required by the company. Creating job postings on Pandape. Using LinkedIn for headhunting. Conducting screening, video interviews, and in-person interviews. · Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Experience in selecting diverse candidate profiles. Commitment to tasks, challenges, and teamwork. Residence in Pilar or nearby areas.
