Job Summary: We are seeking a Project and Construction Manager to lead projects at stores and factories, coordinating teams and optimizing costs with a focus on analysis and planning. Main Responsibilities: Cost Control and Optimization: Structural monitoring and analysis related to each project. Logistics Coordination: Management of construction logistics and consultants; work certification. Materials Analysis: Evaluation of price and quality variations in materials; economic analysis regarding the feasibility of future projects. Planning and Monitoring: Continuous supervision of each construction project. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordination with various departments involved in the projects. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in supervisory or managerial positions.
