Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive commercial advisor with experience managing client portfolios for a technology company, focused on client growth and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive profile with extensive commercial experience A prominent e-commerce technology company is looking for a commercial advisor to manage its client portfolio. Requirements and Responsibilities: Advise a specific client portfolio (focused on 1 or 2 industries) and resolve their issues, as well as monitor them. Analyze metrics using SQL to propose action plans for various businesses. Analyze profitability metrics generated on the platform. Grow each client by supporting them and setting deadlines with defined objectives to achieve — i.e., provide action plans. Metric interpretation. Ongoing communication with clients. Proactive profile with extensive commercial experience, including medium- to long-term client portfolio management. · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Hybrid work mode. -Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree. 2 years of experience. Age: between 20 and 35 years.
