Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise daily operational tasks, lead work teams, and ensure proper execution of loading, unloading, and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Traffic and Distribution Operations Supervisor · Work location: San Martín Schedule: Monday to Friday - Rotating Saturdays and Sundays Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily operational tasks during your shift. Lead work teams: 7 coordinators reporting directly to you, plus indirect teams. Conduct follow-up meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) with the team. Oversee operational records (loading orders, checklists, returns, reports). Ensure proper execution of loading, unloading, and deliveries. Resolve operational incidents and escalate critical cases to management. Train staff and maintain operational order and discipline. Monitor area KPIs: route compliance, productivity, order, and cleanliness. Report progress and propose improvements to management. Requirements: Experience in distribution routing within AMBA. Proficiency in routing software (Sitrak or similar). Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, and management). Experience managing operational teams and coordinators. Disciplined, organized profile with ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability.
