Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise kitchen renovation projects, coordinate teams, and ensure quality and safety on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Lead long-term kitchen renovation projects 2. Coordinate and train teams, focusing on safety and quality 3. Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategies IMPORTANT: Work locations are (CAMPAÑA AND SAN MARTÍN – MERLO AND LA PLATA – FLORENCIO VARELA); three positions are available for each location. A reputable company providing food services is seeking an MMO to manage its kitchen renovation projects, which are long-term in nature. Key Responsibilities: Plan and supervise construction work Coordinate and train inmates who are part of the team Conduct quality control Maintain constant communication with the Project Leader Manage safety equipment and regulations Identify and resolve issues arising during project execution Prepare periodic reports on project status Participate in and carry out departmental tasks aligned with the Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategy Participate in and carry out departmental tasks aligned with the Occupational Health and Safety strategy Comply with environmental regulations Requirements: Technical education or related field Solid knowledge of construction and occupational safety regulations 2–5 years of experience supervising construction projects, preferably renovations or industrial projects -Civil Works (floors / roofs / cladding) -Electrical and Lighting Systems (grounding / installations) -Foodservice Equipment (mixers / ovens / stoves / etc.) -Medium-sized cold rooms and reefers Project management, occupational safety, or construction- and renovation-related specialized training CONSUMAN software proficiency (not mandatory) We are seeking a candidate with pedagogical skills to guide and train the team in various techniques required for project implementation.
