Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager with experience in retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or the food industry to supervise and manage the operational and commercial performance of branches, lead teams, and ensure compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage branch operations and sales. 2. Lead and develop results-oriented work teams. 3. Actively participate in commercial strategies and brand positioning. For a major, rapidly growing retail company, we are looking for an Operations Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Requirements: Tertiary or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. Additional knowledge: Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. Preferred residence in the northern zone. Mandatory Requirements: Personal mobility and availability to visit branches. Key responsibilities include: Supervise and manage the operational and commercial performance of assigned branches. Conduct periodic meetings with branch managers and teams to track objectives and performance. Analyze and monitor sales, cost, invoicing, and profitability indicators for each branch. Identify operational or commercial deviations and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with customer service standards, brand image, and operational procedures. Lead and develop work teams, promoting commitment and results orientation. Supervise proper resource utilization and adherence to administrative and operational processes. Coordinate with various company departments to ensure efficient operations. Prepare management reports and periodic reports for senior management. Actively participate in commercial initiatives, store openings, and brand positioning strategies.
