Summary: This technical role within the Opstail Team focuses on stabilizing newly migrated regional infrastructure and providing 24/7 operational support to transform critical physical security and video infrastructure into a highly available platform. Opportunity to work with Azure and Windows Server OS infrastructure The team is responsible for stabilizing all newly migrated regional infrastructure and providing 24/7 operational support. This includes continuous system monitoring, maintenance, and the immediate resolution of all user\-reported and infrastructure\-triggered incidents. This document outlines the core responsibilities, challenges, and required mindset for a technical role within the Opstail (Operational Stability) Team. Our mission is to transform our critical physical security and video infrastructure from a reactive state to a stable, highly available platform Fixed workweek: Tuesday to Saturday Work hours: 12pm to 9pm Resource must be: * Familiar with the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Azure and Windows Server OS infrastructure * Familiar with Agile Methodology is a plus * Team player * Fundamental of IT security
