**Example of what your day will be like** You will provide technical support to the electrical department, performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks aimed at ensuring the availability and integrity of our client's assets. You will report to the maintenance supervisor and be part of a multidisciplinary team. **How you will stand out** * Execute the preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance program according to current procedures, including inspection, repair, and replacement routines for plant systems, equipment, and components. * Develop and record maintenance programs in the corresponding management system, generate monthly maintenance, failure, and finding reports, as well as reports during plant shutdowns. * Review work procedures and instructions, propose improvements, and implement modifications as directed by the Engineering department. Request materials and supplies from the warehouse for job execution, complying with established procedures. * Respond to plant emergencies 24 hours a day as directed by the supervisor or team leader, and analyze root causes of failures in the electrical and control areas. * Comply with and enforce Siemens Energy’s and the client’s internal standards and procedures, as well as Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. **What you bring** * Student in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with a focus on maintenance, or Higher Technician in Industrial Maintenance / Instrumentation and Control (I&C). * At least 3 years of proven experience in maintenance and planning of plant shutdowns in thermal power plants or highly complex industries. * Proven knowledge of Windows, Office suite, maintenance management software, MS Project, or similar tools. * Ability to adapt and learn new skills. * Results-oriented attitude, problem-solving under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork. * Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken, with effective communication ability. **About the team** You will become part of an international, highly qualified, and challenging work environment.
