Responsibilities: * Provide technical and process guidance for Exchange-related technologies and capabilities. * Collaborate closely with product management, delivery center administrators, and engineering staff to ensure alignment with strategic direction. * Define the technical aspects of new O365 capabilities to meet requirements. * Perform advanced troubleshooting of operational issues and test patches to verify messaging service stability.
