Willingness to collaborate and learn multiple technologies We are seeking **FullStack Java \& React** professionals residing in **Argentina** to join us in building a bot creation and management platform! ##### **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** ###### **Mandatory:** * \+6 years of software development experience using Java, design patterns, and modern architecture. * \+3 years of experience with React, TypeScript. * In-depth knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems design, and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). * Practical experience in cloud computing (preferably Google Cloud, though AWS/Azure also apply). * Solid hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Strong experience working on large-scale, high-demand, and complex projects. ###### **Desirable** * English / Portuguese. ###### **Soft Skills** * Interest in learning and developing with multiple technologies. * Communication skills, teamwork ability, and willingness to collaborate. * Proactivity and initiative to design or contribute to software project development. * Passion and dedication to your work. * Passion for development and continuous improvement: an agile, curious person who enjoys programming. ##### **OFFERING:** * Salary range: Confidential. * Employment type: Permanent employment contract. * Contract duration: Indefinite. * Working hours / Time zone: ARG. * Work modality: Hybrid. * Work schedule: Twice per week at Saavedra office for the first three months. * Office location: Saavedra, CABA. ###### **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT AMONG OTHER CANDIDATES?** Having an updated profile highlighting your key technical achievements.
