The Role As a Senior Recruiter, you will own high\-impact, end\-to\-end searches for U.S.\-based roles using our AI\-powered platform. You will act as a strategic recruiting partner to clients, working closely with founders and the engineering team to shape how AI is used in modern recruiting. This is a high\-ownership role in a fast\-paced startup environment, ideal for someone comfortable operating independently, managing multiple searches, and making strong hiring decisions with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities * Run full\-cycle recruiting for U.S.\-based roles using Clera’s AI platform * Review AI\-generated matches and identify the strongest, most relevant candidates * Interview and qualify candidates, delivering concise, high\-signal shortlists to hiring managers * Join client calls to clarify role requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance * Act as a trusted partner to clients, including challenging unclear or unrealistic expectations * Own candidate pipelines end\-to\-end, ensuring efficient and organized process flow * Provide structured feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic and workflows * Maintain accurate candidate notes and recruiting documentation * Prioritize and manage multiple searches in parallel, driving them to successful hires Requirements Requirements * 3\+ years of recruiting experience for U.S. clients or U.S.\-based roles * Experience working in fast\-paced environments (startup or high\-velocity agency) * Strong client\-facing skills, including communication and expectation management * Excellent written and spoken English * Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evening or weekend calls * High comfort level with ATS, recruiting tools, and AI\-driven workflows * Strong judgment in evaluating skills, experience, and culture add * High ownership, reliability, and ability to work independently Nice to Have * Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G\&A) * Background in both agency and in\-house recruiting * Hands\-on experience improving recruiting tools, processes, or products * Proven success managing high\-volume pipelines and multiple searches simultaneously4 Role Details * Location: LATAM or U.S. (Remote) * Schedule: Flexible, 40–50 hours per week aligned with PST What We Offer * Competitive salary and equity * Flexible working hours * Health insurance * Learning budget * Hackerhouse access * Direct collaboration with founders and a high\-performing team 4 years
