**Job Title** Remote Call Answering \& Dispatch Agent (English Required) **Location** Remote — Buenos Aires, Argentina **About the Role** We operate a flood restoration and emergency home services business in North America. Many calls are time\-sensitive emergencies, and missed calls directly result in lost revenue. This role requires absolute reliability. You will monitor incoming calls and answer any call that is not picked up after 4 rings, including during after\-hours periods. **Critical Responsibility and Zero\-Tolerance Policy** This is a strict requirement. Missing a single call is grounds for immediate termination. You must have your phone on you at all times while on duty. You must be able to answer calls immediately when they roll over. There are no excuses for missed calls, including sleeping, being away from your phone, internet issues, or personal errands. If you cannot meet this requirement, please do not apply. **Responsibilities** * Monitor incoming calls during assigned hours * Answer calls after 4 rings if no one else answers * Professionally greet callers in clear English * Collect required information: * Caller name * Phone number * Property address * Nature of the emergency (flood, water damage, etc.) * Follow a strict call script and escalation procedure * Immediately escalate urgent emergency calls to management * Log all calls accurately and completely * Remain calm and professional with distressed callers * Maintain full availability during scheduled shifts **Availability Requirements** * Phone must be on you at all times while on duty * Must be reachable at all times during assigned shifts * Reliable mobile phone and stable internet required * After\-hours, night, and weekend availability required **Requirements** * Fluent spoken English * Excellent listening and communication skills * Extremely reliable and punctual * Able to follow procedures exactly * Comfortable handling emergency situations * Previous experience in call centers, dispatch, or virtual receptionist roles is preferred **Compensation** * ARS 550,000 per month * Paid monthly, on time * Long\-term position for the right candidate **Who Should NOT Apply** * Anyone who cannot guarantee zero missed calls * Anyone who cannot keep their phone with them at all times * Anyone who needs frequent breaks or time away from their phone Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $550,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
