Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Analyst for a dairy company, focused on ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of asset maintenance, driving improvements, and supporting technical teams. Collaborative work environment with constant learning. Enterprise Consultants is looking for a Maintenance Analyst to join the team of a leading dairy company. Ensure the effectiveness and reliability of physical asset maintenance at the plant, collaborating to make processes increasingly safe, efficient, and sustainable. Main responsibilities and challenges: - Implement on-the-job training and coaching for maintenance officers and supervisors to enhance their technical skills. - Provide technical assistance to plant personnel and perform assigned tasks to resolve corrective and preventive actions. - Evaluate and propose continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Maintenance Plan, optimizing resources, quality, and efficiency. - Execute technical work instructions and suggest improvements to increase intervention efficiency. - Apply and uphold daily practices of order, cleanliness, and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and legal regulations in all technical interventions. Requirements we value: - Education: Mechanical or Electronic Engineer with specialization in automation (graduated or soon to graduate). - 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience (mandatory). - Knowledge of PLC programming (mandatory). - Familiarity with quality, safety, and legal regulations. - We highly value a proactive attitude, teamwork, and orientation toward continuous improvement! Work location and modality: Trenque Lauquen. Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (and contact outside working hours if necessary).
